Your giving allows ESM to come alongside agencies and ensure they have the support, care, and reliable chaplain resources their people need. These resources help make sure responders and their families are not left to carry heavy moments alone—and that they have someone to walk with them, pray with them, and celebrate meaningful milestones as well.

This ministry includes:
Supporting and training chaplains so they can care with competence, integrity, and Christ‑centered care

• Being present in stations, hospitals, homes, and crisis moments
• Officiating weddings, baptisms, funerals, and other meaningful milestones
• Offering Scripture‑rooted spiritual care
• Providing emotional and peer support through trauma, stress, and grief
• Offering support to the strengthening of families and relationships
• Building fellowship and community
• Training agencies in resilience, crisis care, and peer support
• Developing and supporting chaplain programs so agencies have a well‑established chaplain resource they can rely on
• Creating a well‑rounded ministry presence that meets responders where they are
• Supplying Bibles, devotionals, and practical tools that encourage hope and growth

First responders see things they can’t unsee and hear things they can’t unhear. They carry moments long after the rest of the world has moved on. This ministry steps into that space with compassion, truth, and the hope of Christ.
