Emergency Services Ministries exists to serve all first responders—law enforcement, dispatch, chaplains, and fire—across the western United States. ESM comes alongside agencies across the region to strengthen their people through chaplain programs, peer support partnerships, and fellowship opportunities like Firefighters for Christ chapters. The need among responders is enormous. They face some of the highest levels of divorce, suicide, substance abuse, compassion fatigue, and burnout of any profession. Your support helps meet those needs with steady, Christ‑centered care.

Your giving allows ESM to come alongside agencies and ensure they have the support, care, and reliable chaplain resources their people need. These resources help make sure responders and their families are not left to carry heavy moments alone—and that they have someone to walk with them, pray with them, and celebrate meaningful milestones as well.
This ministry includes:
Supporting and training chaplains so they can care with competence, integrity, and Christ‑centered care
Emergency Services Ministries is currently operating under the covering of Evangelistic Missionary Fellowship (EMF) while we complete the process of establishing our own 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. For more than 15 years, ESM has been a ministry of EMF, and we are deeply grateful for their faithful partnership throughout that time. During this transition season, financial gifts can continue to be given through EMF to support the ongoing mission and outreach of Emergency Services Ministries.
We are excited about what God is doing in and through this ministry. As ESM has grown, establishing our own nonprofit status will help us better serve first responders and strengthen the long‑term health of the work. This step is being taken with the full support and encouragement of EMF, and our partnership with them will continue. Our relationship remains strong, and they continue to stand with us as we prepare to move forward as a separate ministry in the near future.
